2019 A Year in Review

Looking back at my photography in 2019, I have come to better understand myself as a person and a photographer. In the past, I was laser focused on photography, and getting out into nature fueled the photography. As years have passed, and I appreciate the comforts of a warm bed and sleeping in more, my priorities have shifted. Getting outside has become the joy and the camera, in various forms, comes along for the ride, you know, just in case. 2019 saw me get my first drone which was promptly stolen and replaced. I also picked up a premium compact camera to slip into my pocket for hikes with friends. Not surprisingly, some of those images made their way into my favorites for 2019. So, without further ado, let’s get to it!

Love the abstracts in this collection! The Palouse comes as both dreamy and dramatic. And, Fresh Tendrils is just a gorgeous dreamscape. Congratulations on a great year and wishing you well in 2020.
